Britnett Carver Support and Host Fee

Web Space Rental – All websites need to be hosted on a server. Britnett host all their client’s sites on one of the biggest hosts in the world called Hostway. We back up all Britnett sites every day 7 days a week. This means that if in error a Britnett site was deleted are damaged for any reason the worst case would be that the site could be restored back to how it was within the last 24 hours. Hostway are open 365 days per year 24 hours per day.


Note: It is the client’s responsibility to advise any site outage within a maximum of 5 business days as back up data is held on-file for a limited period. Britnett advice to keep safe all content that is added to the site.

Host Site Upkeep and Maintenance – Every month Britnett Support Team send software through all sites to look for common errors. For example a corrupted link. In most cases our software fixes these simple errors to keep your business website working smoothly. Otherwise if a Britnett client discovers an error within the site, simply report to the Support Team through your Authorised Agent and we will fix it for you.

Continuous e-mail Support – Email support@britnett.co.uk or your Authorised Agent with any questions and we will reply and advise. Always identify yourself with your company name.

Local Independent Authorised Agent Office Hours Support and Service – The Authorised Agent who sets up your site is on-hand locally to assist and advise at any time in business office hours. You can contact your Authorised Agent to request site changes or a reminder how to make changes to your site. As available. Otherwise a dedicated Account Manager will be provided.

Britnett-Carver Up-Dates – As the Internet changes so does Carver. Any changes and up-dates to Carver will automatically be populated into your site.
