	Leanne Anstey | Administrator Leanne has joined Britnett in the role of Administrator and will be the first point of contact for both customers and consultants. She has gained excellent customer service skills working in a variety of roles within the hospitality and travel industries. She has recently qualified in Business Administration and IT following a career break to raise a family. Leanne enjoys anything to do with food - growing it, cooking it, eating it and reading about it! Running around after her 2 young daughters keeps her fit but she also enjoys walking and swimming. 	Laura King | Support and Design Laura qualified from University in 2009 with an Honours Degree in Creative Practice and has been working within the website design industry for a number of years. Laura joined the Britnett team in 2010 and her main responsibilities include providing technical support and advice to Britnett consultants and customers. As well as support, Laura is also part of the Britnett design team, adding a multi-skilled aspect to the companies support and design teams. As a self-confessed perfectionist Laura always delivers a quality service but also understands the importance of providing an efficient and streamlined service and of working to deadlines. Whilst not at work Laura enjoys socialising, listening to music and reading, but also likes to keep active and enjoys walking, cycling and swimming. 	Simon Moore | Support and Design Simon has recently joined Britnett after completing an IT Diploma in Web Design for the past 5 years. Prior to this new role Simon had spent 9 years in the HM Forces as a Medic, serving in Northern Ireland and Bosnia. With a keen eye for detail, artistic flair and the ability to apply human-factor principles to design; Simon has worked on a number of projects within the organization producing quality material. Experienced in Internet technologies, FTP, Email and Web Authoring using HTML, XHTML, Javascript and PHP; Simon also has a vast amount of administrative and customer care knowledge; and has joined Britnett in the role of Graphics Designer and IT Support.
